Join us for an inspiring conversation with Nobel Peace Prize Nominee, Amanda Nguyen as she discusses her powerful new memoir, Saving Five: A Memoir of Hope, in conversation with CBS News’ senior White House correspondent Weijia Jiang.

 

Amanda Nguyen is a renowned civil rights activist, astronaut, the founder of Rise, and a driving force behind legislative change for sexual assault survivors worldwide. In Saving Five, she shares her deeply personal journey of resilience, hope, and advocacy, offering an intimate look into the moments that shaped her mission to create a better world.
